Vision
A new city centre for Blacktown
Blacktown is one of Australia’s fastest growing and most diverse communities, and its city centre is entering a new phase of growth.
Blacktown Quarter will transform the CBD into a more vibrant, connected and welcoming destination, creating a place where people can work closer to home, access quality healthcare and enjoy everyday life in the heart of the city.
Bringing together jobs, education, healthcare and green public spaces, the precinct will support a growing workforce, attract new investment and deliver a more active, well-connected city centre, with strong links to Main Street, Westpoint and public transport.
